The SMC Racing SMC102120-3S1P-EC5 HCL-HVC is an 11.4V 10200mAh 120C 3S LiHV battery featuring five G10 fiberglass protection plates and an EC5 connector. Part of SMC's HCL-HVC (High Current LiPo — High Voltage C) line, this pack uses the latest LiHV cell formulations which have slightly lower internal resistance than previous HCL-HC series packs. The result is a boost in voltage under load with more mAh per gram compared to standard LiPo packs of the same size.
LiHV cells — charge to 4.35V per cell for full capacity and maximum voltage under load. If preferred, charging at the classic 4.20V per cell will return approximately 15% less mAh but still delivers good power due to the lower internal resistance of the HCL-HVC cells. Five G10 plates and rubber-style shrink provide robust protection for the cell stack.
