VXL-8s Waterproof Electronic Speed Control

The VXL-8s ESC is 8S LiPo compatible with a built-in cooling fan, real-time telemetry via TRX Link, machined heat sinks, 10-gauge silicone wire, integrated protection circuits, and LED status lights.

Velineon 1200XL Brushless Motor

The Big Block Velineon 1200XL brushless motor delivers 4-pole 1275 Kv power through a 5 mm output shaft, with an aluminum slip-on heat sink and dual motor cooling fans for sustained high-performance runs.

TRX Stability Management

TSM helps prevent spinouts and loss of control, adjustable from off to 100% assistance directly from the transmitter.

TQi 2.4 GHz High Output Radio System

TRX Link enabled with fail-safe security and integrated telemetry ports. Automatically stores and loads settings for up to 30 TRX Link-enabled models. Features a multi-function knob, adjustable dual rates and exponential, and installed BEC voltage and motor temperature sensors.

Clipless Body Mount System

Quick one-hand installation and removal using a pivoting rear latch mechanism. The system eliminates body posts and clips entirely.

Driveline

Full-time shaft-driven 4WD with Heavy-duty Cush Drive and steel spur gear. Torque-Biasing Center Drive absorbs shocks and distributes power. Sealed silicone fluid-filled differentials, overdrive gearing pre-installed, a splined aluminum center driveshaft, fully machined aluminum stub axles, and 24 mm splined wheel hexes provide durable power delivery.

Suspension

All critical suspension points feature double-shear strength with high-strength steel pins throughout. The suspension includes 4 mm machined pivot balls, fixed high-strength camber and toe links, steel upper and lower tie bars, and full-contact sealed bearings in exposed locations.

Large-Scale GTX Shocks

Machined aluminum threaded bodies feature an extra-large bore and 5.2 mm damper shafts. Each shock includes a lower seal cartridge with integrated wiper seal, adjustable upper spring retainer, and lower spring perch bolted on.

Wheels and Tires

Massive 8.4-inch Sledgehammer belted tires virtually eliminate ballooning at high speeds. The open tread-block design uses a 2-piece foam insert with high-strength glue and bead design, mounted on large dual-diameter wheels.
